Our Programs

Two programs. One shared purpose.

Project BLOOM transforms opportunity into paid, hands-on experiences that help justice-impacted adults and Tulsa teens build practical skills, confidence, and pathways to economic mobility.

Intended Fellowship outcomes

Impact that reaches beyond a paycheck.

The Project BLOOM Fellowship is designed to create lasting change for Fellows, their families, and their communities. These outcomes will guide our program design and evaluation, and we will publish what we measure and learn as cohorts progress.

Independence & Economic Mobility

Fellows build income, savings, professional experience, and pathways toward stable employment and greater financial independence.

Family Stability

Greater economic stability helps Fellows strengthen their households, support their families, and contribute to improved outcomes across generations.

Advocacy & Leadership

Fellows can transform their experience into leadership through peer mentorship, community advocacy, and restorative-justice work.

Reduced Recidivism

Stable employment, individualized support, and strong community connections are intended to reduce the likelihood of future justice-system involvement.

Our Social Enterprises

Businesses designed to create opportunity.

Bloom Fuel Bar and Bloom Juice Room transform everyday business operations into paid, hands-on learning experiences. Together, they create jobs, build practical skills, generate earned revenue, and extend Project BLOOM's impact throughout the community.
